How To Get Back On The Bandwagon After Holidays

I've recently returned from my summer holiday and after 10 days of eating whatever I wanted, when I wanted, and drinking endless amounts of cocktails, I was looking forward to getting home and getting straight back on the bandwagon. I was even craving vegetables and protein shakes! However, as usual, a few hours in to that first day back and I've soon lost that motivation, and instead, I'm insatiably hungry, moody and craving anything that involves sugar and naughty carbs.
